General Qualification Requirements:
- 4-year degree course of Accounting, Accounting Management, Finance Management or related majors.
Experience & Training
- Minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping.
- Processing of government mandatory reportorial
- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude
- A team player.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Good customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems.
